Participation of stakeholders in projects

Meaningful participation of people and stakeholders in the development projects is often challenging particualry ensure the inclusion of children, women, persons with disabilties and listen to thier voices and concerns approperiately. It requirs a change of hearth and mind at every level of project conceptualiztion, development and execution.

The session will focus discussion on how to put people at centre of development efforts and how to relate agencies, people and communities respecting and listening them. The session will also present and discuss on 'people first impact method (P-FIM)" that will help to establish a true understanding of context from community perspective and how to best agencies can add value.

The session will also discuss on barriers, challenges and case studies on meaningful  participation of  population and stakeholders in development project projects,
